Like you, we are reasonable. If you think you might like a suit but aren't 100% sure, we encourage you to order it, refrain from removing the inside or the hanging tags, try it on (wearing your panties, please), look in a full length mirror, ask your girlfriend, ask your husband or boyfriend, ask your cat, then decide for yourself. If you love everything about it, great. If it isn't quite right for you, please check the size.

Do you have the right size?
The Cruise 2010 Collection revised the enthusiastic size modifications that were made in the Cruise 2009 Collection. At that time, the sizing of all suits in the Anne Cole Collection (including the Lingerie Maillot) were adjusted to conform with current industry guidelines. The 2010 Maillot is slightly larger than the long running Classic, the proportions are more like your own & once you have the correct size, you will be even more in love with the way you feel in this suit. For an even roomier fit, please order from the Cruise 2009 collection.

The Anne Cole Lingerie Maillot still comes in Sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16. Many of our customers can wear two or even three sizes comfortably (depending on whether they prefer a snug, perfect or loose fit) although one of those will feel right & fit "best". When ordering from the 2010 Collection, please keep in mind that the fit is slightly looser than the Classic Lingerie Maillot (but not as loose as the Updated Maillot from 2009).

We suggest that, to be sure, you order & try on both your usual size and a size smaller.

Maintain the suit's original "new" condition.
Please note that if you have removed the hang tag or cut out any of the tags inside the suit, or removed the protective strip at the bottom, we cannot return the suit into our inventory. Suits we receive without all the tags or without the protective bottom are not elegible for refund or exchange and are donated to the local women's shelter's gently worn clothing shop.

Still not right?
If you have the correct size & have maintained the original condition but the suit still isn't giving you that great feeling, please wrap it up right away and return it. You will receive a full refund as long as the suit has all the original tags & bottom strip attached & you mail it 30 days or less from the date you received it.

Don't procrastinate. If you hold the suit more than 30 days, there will be a restocking fee deducted from your refund amount or credit value. If you return it 30 to 60 days from receiving it, 1/3 will be deducted from your refund amount or exchange credit. If you have the suit more than 60 days, the deduction is 2/3. We will accept returns that are sent up to 90 days from receipt. Don't procrastinate.

Treat it right
This is important. If you follow the washing instructions, your suit will last a long time, keep its color and shape, and be a source of happiness for you.

Be happy
Once in a blue moon, something is amiss, and a suit fails to live up to your expectations after trying it on, wearing it, and taking proper care of it. In the rare instances where this is the case, we would like to have the suit back, please, and we'd like you to have a new suit in its place. If you prefer a refund, of course, we will issue one.

How to return
Please send returns back to us via US Post Office Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Keep the Delivery Confirmation # -- you can track the progress of your package on-line at www.usps.com. If you like, you can also insure the package. Enclose a note or a copy of your Packing slip showing your order number, telling us briefly about the problem, and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
